Combination drug of herbal origin.
Pharmacological properties are caused by the biologically active substances included in the drug. Sinupretâ has secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, moderate antibacterial, antiviral action. It promotes the outflow of exudate from the sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.

Indications

Acute and chronic sinusitis, accompanied by the formation of viscous secretion.

Pharmacological properties are determined by the biologically active substances that make up the drug. Sinupret has secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, moderate antibacterial, antiviral effects. Promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.

Special instructions

The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms).

Instructions for patients with diabetes mellitus

The digestible carbohydrates contained in one tablet are about 0.01 “bread units” (XU).

Composition

Active components:
Gentian roots 6.0 mg
Primrose flowers 18.0 mg
Sorrel grass 18.0 mg
Elderberry flowers 18.0 mg
Verbena herb 18.0 mg

Excipients:
gelatin, lactose monohydrate, potato starch, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, sorbitol, stearic acid
Tablet shell:
basic butyl methacrylate copolymer, calcium carbonate, castor oil, chlorophyll powder, dextrin, glucose, indigo carmine aluminum varnish (E 132), magnesium oxide, corn starch, montan glycol wax, riboflavin (E 101), shellac, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide.

Pregnancy

The use of Sinupret during pregnancy is possible only as prescribed by a doctor.
The drug is not recommended for use during breastfeeding (due to the lack of experience in its clinical use).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, intolerance to lactose, fructose, galactose (due to the content of lactose monohydrate, glucose and sucrose in the drug), children under 6 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data).

Side Effects

Allergic reactions (skin rash, redness of the skin, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath), gastrointestinal disorders (pain in the epigastric region, nausea) are possible. If side effects occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Interaction

Combination with antibacterial drugs is possible and advisable.
Interaction with other drugs is not known to date.

Overdose

In case of overdose, the severity of dose-dependent side effects may increase. Treatment is symptomatic.

Storage conditions

Store in original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25o C.
Keep out of the reach of children!
