Composition

One suppository contains:

The active ingredients:

Benzocaine – 100.0 mg

Bismuth subgallate – 40.0 mg

Levomenthol – 4.0 mg

Zinc oxide – 20.0 mg;

Excipients:

Polyethylene oxide base: (macrogol – 1500 – 95%, macrogol 400 – 5%) – to obtain a suppository weight of 2.60 g.

How to take, the dosage

Rectally, after cleansing enema or independent bowel emptying.

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 suppository 1-2 times a day.

Interaction

Drug interaction of Anesthesol® has not been described.

Special Instructions

Anesthesol® should not be used by drivers of transport during work.

The use of Anesthesol® during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the baby and fetus.

Synopsis

The suppositories are yellow or greenish-yellow, torpedo-shaped.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug components, children (under 12 years).

Side effects

Burning in the anus, laxative effect, allergic reactions.
