Derinat, 0.25% solution 10 ml

Derinat is an immunomodulator.

It has a modulating effect on the cellular, humoral parts of the immune system and nonspecific resistance of the body, which leads to optimization of the inflammatory response and specific immune response to bacterial, viral and fungal antigens.

With a pronounced lymphotropism, Derinat stimulates drainage and detoxification function of the lymphatic system, primarily in the focus of the inflammatory reaction.

The drug activates antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial immunity, stimulates reparative and regenerative processes, has anti-inflammatory effects, normalizes tissue and organ conditions in dystrophies of vascular origin.

Derinat promotes healing of trophic ulcers. During gangrenous processes under the influence of the drug, spontaneous rejection of necrotic masses in the foci of the lesion (e.g. on the phalanges of the fingers) is noted. Derinat promotes rapid healing of infected wounds and deep burns.

How to take, the dosage

Outwardly, topically.

The drug is prescribed to children from the first day of life and adults.

For prevention of SARS – 2 drops 2-4 times a day for 1 month in each nasal passage. When symptoms of colds appear – every 1-1.5 hours during the day, then – 2-3 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day for 7-10 days (until recovery). In inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and sinuses – 3-5 drops in each nasal passage 3-6 times a day or place cotton swabs with the drug in each nasal passage 1-2 times a day for 5-10 minutes, the course duration – 1-2 weeks.

In chronic inflammatory diseases; fungal, bacterial and other infections and mucous membrane integrity disorders in gynecological practice – intravaginal injection followed by cervical irrigation or intravaginal administration of tampons with the drug, 5 ml per session 1-2 times a day for 10-14 days.

Inflammatory eye diseases of viral and bacterial nature (conjunctivitis, keratitis, adenoviral keratoconjunctivitis, uveitis, maculitis, blepharitis) – 2 drops 4-6 times a day, the course – from 10 days to 1-3 months.

Injuries to the eye, to accelerate the healing process during surgical interventions – 2 drops 5 times a day, the course – 1-3 months.

Eye irritation (including “computer vision syndrome”), progressive myopia and accommodation spasm – 2 drops 3 times a day for a month.

In case of diseases of the oral mucosa (stomatitis, gingivitis, aphthous ulcers) the drug is used to rinse 4-6 times a day (1 vial – 1-2 rinses). The course of treatment is 5-10 days.

In proctology it is used in the form of microclysters in the rectum in 15-40 ml, the course of treatment is 7-14 days.

In case of post-radiation necrosis of skin and mucous membranes, in wounds which do not heal for a long time, burns, frostbite, trophic ulcers of different etiology and gangrene the application of gauze bandages (double layer) is carried out on the affected sites and the drug is applied 3-4 times a day along with simultaneous nose drops in 1 – 2 drops 6 times a day (treatment course 1-3 months).

Interaction

Combined use with other drugs may increase the therapeutic effect of Derinat.

When used together, Derinat may increase the effect of anticoagulants.

Contraindications

Pregnancy use

The patient should be warned that a physician should be consulted before using the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

The expected benefit to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus should be evaluated if the drug must be prescribed during pregnancy.
