🐾 Bifitrilac MK powder, 5 g

Dried cultures included in the “Bifitrilak” are normal intestinal microflora of animals. Having antagonism to many pathogenic microorganisms, provide intestinal homeostasis. Unlike other probiotics and due to cross-resistance of lactobacilli to the action of most broad-spectrum antibiotics, “Bifitrilak” is successfully prescribed at the time of antibiotic therapy.

Composition

“Bifitrilac” is a complex remedy that looks like a light gray powder with a slight sheen. It consists of an adsorbent and lyophilized strains of probiotic bacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus acidophilus. One gram of the drug contains 0.5 billion microbial cells of bifidobacteria and 1.5 billion cells of lactobacilli.

How to take, the dosage

The drug is prescribed for gastrointestinal infections and superinfections. In all conditions when antibiotics are indicated and after antibiotic therapy during rehabilitation. Indication is intestinal dysfunction. “Bifitrilac” is necessary for prophylaxis of youngsters dyspepsia.
To puppies of large breeds (60-90 days) 0.2 g/kg of weight (1/5 teaspoon)
To puppies of small breeds (60-90 days) 0.1 g/kg of weight (1/10 teaspoon)
To dogs 0.2 g/kg of weight (1/5 teaspoon). Combinations:
Cats (from 1 year) 0.5 g/kg weight (1/2 teaspoon)
Poultry (for 50 chickens) 0.2 g/kg weight (1/5 teaspoon)
The preparation should be used once a day, adding it to the food for preventive purposes – 3-5 days, for curative purposes – 5-10 days in a row.

Contraindications

The drug should not be used in hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Prolonged use of the drug in excess of the dosage sometimes leads to constipation.
