xanthinol nicotinate – 150 mg;

Associates:

Corn starch,

lactose (milk sugar),

povidone (polyvinylpyrrolidone),

calcium stearate monohydrate (calcium stearate 1-water).

How to take, the dosage

Over the mouth, after meals, without chewing – 1 (if necessary 2-4) tablets 3 times a day, for 2 months.

Interaction

In concomitant use with drugs with hypotensive effect (beta-adrenoblockers, ergot alkaloids, alpha-adrenoblockers, sympatholytics, ganglioblockers), with strophantine a sharp increase in their action is possible.

Special Instructions

With caution use in case of labile BP.

Cautious use with hypotensive drugs.

Impact on driving and operating machinery

Particular caution should be used in drivers of vehicles and in patients engaged in potentially hazardous activities.

Contraindications

Bleeding, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, gastric and duodenal ulcer, first trimester of pregnancy.

Side effects

Cardiovascular system disorders: decreased BP, transient feeling of warmth, redness of the skin may occur.

In the digestive system: rarely – nausea, diarrhea, anorexia, gastralgia; with prolonged use in high doses, increased levels of transaminases and alkaline phosphatase may occur.

Others: weakness, dizziness; with long-term use in high doses, there may be changes in glucose tolerance, increased serum uric acid levels.
