The drug has a calming, anti-anxiety (anxiolytic) effect, without causing undesirable hypnogenic and muscle relaxant effects. Improves the tolerability of psycho-emotional stress. It is a stress-protective, nootropic, anti-amnestic, anti-hypoxic, neuroprotective, anti asthenic, antidepressant.

In intoxication, hypoxia, with conditions after acute stroke, it has a neuroprotective effect, limits the damage area, normalizes learning and memory processes in the central nervous system (CNS).

Inhibits lipid peroxidation.

Modifies the functional activity of protein S-100 in the brain that links synaptic (information) and metabolic processes. Has GABA-mimetic and neurotrophic effect, increases the activity of stress-limiting systems, promotes restoration of neuronal plasticity processes.

Indications

Anxiety, StressTenoten is indicated for use in adults.

Anxiety in neurotic and neurosis-like conditions, psychosomatic diseases; stress disorders with increased nervous tension, irritability, anxiety and vegetative reactions, in the complex therapy.

Anxiety states in neurological disorders of dyscirculatory origin, accompanied by unstable emotional background, irritability, decreased memory, vegetative disorders, in the complex therapy.

Excipients:

Lactose monohydrate 0,267 g,

Microcrystalline cellulose 0,03 g,

Magnesium stearate 0,003 g.

*applied to lactose monohydrate in the form of an aqueous-alcoholic mixture containing not more than 10 -15 ng/g of the active form of the active substance.

How to take, the dosage

Risk is not intended to divide the tablet into parts.

Orally. At one reception – 1 or 2 tablets (keep in the mouth until the complete dissolution – not during the meal).

Take 2 times a day, if necessary – up to 4 times a day. The course of treatment – 1-3 months, if necessary, the treatment course may be extended up to 6 months or repeated after 1-2 months.

If there is no stable improvement within 3-4 weeks after the start of treatment, it is necessary to consult a physician.

Interaction

Cases of incompatibility with other drugs have not yet been registered.

Special Instructions

The drug contains lactose, therefore it is not recommended for patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome, or congenital lactase deficiency.

In connection with the activating properties of the drug Tenoten, the last administration should not be later than 2 hours before sleep.

Influence on driving ability

Tenoten has no negative effect on driving and other potentially dangerous machinery.

The tablets are flat-cylindrical, rimmed and beveled, white to almost white.

The flat side with a rib is labeled MATERIA MEDICA, the other flat side is labeled TENOTEN.

Overdose
