How to take, the dosage

Approximately 10 g (2 tablespoons) of sage leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml.

It is used to rinse the mouth and throat 3-5 times a day while warm.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
