Pharmacodynamics:

Hydrocortisone acetate is a steroid hormone of the adrenal cortex; when used topically, it has anti-inflammatory desensitizing anti-allergic vasoconstrictor and antipruritic effects. Inhibits release of inflammatory mediators.

Zinc sulfate – promotes healing of wounds and erosions.

Composition

In 1 suppository:

Hydrocortisone 10 mg,

Zinc sulfate 10 mg.

Auxiliary substances:

Methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.4 mg (0.02%);

Propyl parahydroxybenzoate, 0.4 mg (0.02%);

cocoa bean oil – 1974.2 mg (98.71%);

calcium hydrophosphate anhydrous – 2 mg (0.1%);

magnesium stearate – 2 mg (0.1%).

How to take, the dosage

The drug should be used after hygienic procedures.

Inject one suppository into the rectum up to 4 times a day.

Special Instructions

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug bacterial fungal viral infection in the area of administration of the drug neoplasm of the anorectal zone tuberculosis.

Itsenko-Cushing’s syndrome severe forms of diabetes mellitus hypernatremia pregnancy and lactation.

Side effects

Overdose

In medical practice, no cases of overdose of the drug with disorders of vital body functions have been described.

It is assumed that long-term use in high doses may lead to the same consequences as systemic use of excessive doses of corticosteroids: hyperglycemia hypernatremia Icenko-Cushing syndrome immune suppression erosions and ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract osteoporosis, etc.

In these cases, withdrawal of the drug is recommended, conventional detoxification and symptomatic therapy.
