How to take, the dosage
Relief Pro is recommended to use after defecation. Before using the drug you should perform hygiene of the anus (rectum).
The duration of treatment should not exceed 2 weeks.
Rectal cream should be applied twice a day: in the morning and in the evening. In the first days of treatment, the cream may be applied three times a day. As symptoms ease, one application a day is often sufficient.
In order to inject the cream into the rectum, twist the applicator tube provided and push it into the rectum. Then, while gently pressing the tube, squeeze a small amount of cream into the rectum.
Interaction
Patients receiving antiarrhythmic drugs should use Relief Pro with caution, given that the drug contains lidocaine.
The simultaneous use of lidocaine with antiarrhythmic drugs may prolong the QT interval and, in very rare cases, the development of AV-blockade or ventricular fibrillation.

Avoid getting Relief Pro inside or contact with the eyes. After applying the cream it is recommended to wash hands thoroughly.

Tuberculosis and syphilitic process in the area of application;
Viral diseases (e.g., chicken pox, reaction to vaccination, shingles) in the area of application;
Treatment of children and adolescents;
The first trimester of pregnancy;

Side effects
With prolonged treatment with both Relief Pro cream and suppositories (more than four weeks) there is a risk of local skin changes such as atrophy, striae or telangiectasia.
Burning: 1-10%, rarely – irritation and allergic reactions.
Pregnancy use
A number of epidemiological studies suggest a possible increased risk of wolfsbane in infants whose mothers received oral glucocorticosteroids in the first trimester of pregnancy. Insufficient data have been accumulated on the use of topical glucocorticosteroids during pregnancy, but in this case the likelihood of adverse effects is very low due to the minimal bioavailability of glucocorticosteroids when used topically.
Relief Pro cream and suppositories should be prescribed with caution in pregnant women. When prescribing to pregnant and lactating women, the expected benefits of treatment to the mother must be weighed against the possible risks to the fetus and the baby.
If a doctor prescribes the drug during pregnancy and lactation, it should be used for a short period of time.
