Aminophenylbutyric acid

Composition

Active ingredient:
1 tablet contains phenibut (γ-amino-β-phenylolic acid hydrochloride), calculated as 100% substance – 250 mg;
Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose,
colloidal silicon dioxide (Aerosil),
sodium starch glycolate (carboxymethyl starch),
calcium stearate.

Contraindications

individual intolerance to the drug;
pregnancy;
breastfeeding period;
liver failure.

Side Effects

From the side of the central nervous system: increased irritability, agitation, anxiety, dizziness, headache, drowsiness.
From the digestive system: nausea (at the first doses).
Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching.

Interaction

Enhances the effect of anxiolytic, neuroleptic, hypnotic, narcotic and anticonvulsant drugs.

Overdose

Symptoms: severe drowsiness, nausea, vomiting.
