A combined product for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the throat and oral cavity.
The drug contains antimicrobial agent – Gramicidin C, local anesthetic (anesthetic) agent – oxybuprocaine and antiseptic agent – cetylpyridinium chloride.
The mechanism of action of Gramicidin C is associated with increased permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of the microbial cell, which violates its resistance and causes cell death. Gramicidin C has antibacterial action against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.
The anesthetic oxybuprocaine has a local anesthetic effect on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. Causes a reversible blockade of the propagation and conduction of nerve impulses through the axons of nerve cells.
Cetylpyridinium chloride refers to antiseptic agents. It suppresses the growth and reproduction of pathogens of infectious diseases of the oral cavity.
The drug has an antimicrobial effect, analgesic effect, reduces inflammation, soothes discomfort in the throat and facilitates swallowing.

When applied topically, the active ingredients are practically not absorbed from the oral mucosa.

How to take, the dosage
Topically, by spraying on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. It is used after meals.
Shake the can and press the pressure plate twice before using the spray for the first time.
Dosage for adults: 4 injections per application, 3 times a day for 7 days.
Stop eating and drinking immediately after application for 1 hour. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms get worse or new symptoms develop, you should talk to your doctor.

Interaction
At the present time, no cases of clinically significant interactions with other drugs have been described.
Special Instructions
The drug should not be used in the presence of open wounds in the oral cavity, because cetylpyridinium chloride slows wound healing.
The drug contains ethanol. The maximum single dose of the drug contains up to 0.08 g of ethanol.
Synopsis
Transparent or opalescent colorless or yellowish solution with a characteristic odor of mint.
Contraindications

Side effects
Allergic reactions to components of the drug, temporary loss of sensitivity of the tongue are possible.

Overdose
