Pharmacological properties.

Indications

Back pain, Pain, Neck pain, Neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve, Neuralgia, Lumbago, Neuritis, Sciatica

It is used in the complex therapy of the following neurological diseases:

• Ternal nerve neuralgia;
• Facial nerve neuritis;
• polyneuropathy of various etiologies (diabetic, alcoholic).

Composition

Active ingredients:

Benfothiamine – 100 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride – 100 mg

Cyanocobalamin – 2 µg

Excipients (core):

Sodium carmellose – 4.533 mg,

Povidone-K30 – 16.233 mg,

Microcrystalline cellulose – 12.673 mg,

talc – 4.580 mg,

calcium stearate – 4.587 mg,

polysorbate-80 – 0.660 mg,

sucrose – 206.732 mg.

Auxiliary substances (coating):

Hypromellose – 3.512 mg,

macrogol-4000 – 1.411 mg,

Low molecular weight povidone – 3.713 mg,

Titanium dioxide – 3.511 mg,

Taalc – 1.353 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Tablets should be taken after a meal, without chewing and drinking plenty of fluids. Adults take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day.

Duration of the course is according to the doctor’s recommendation. It is not recommended to treat with high doses of the drug for more than 4 weeks.

Interaction

Vitamin B12 is incompatible with salts of heavy metals.

Ethanol sharply reduces the absorption of thiamine.

During drug administration it is not recommended to take multivitamin complexes that include B vitamins.

Synopsis

Round biconvex film-coated tablets, white or almost white.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe and acute decompensated heart failure, childhood.

Overdose

Symptoms: intensification of symptoms of side effects of the drug.

First aid: gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal, prescription of symptomatic therapy.

Pregnancy use

Combilipen® tabs contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 and therefore it is not recommended to use the drug in these cases.
