A combined multivitamin complex. The action of the drug is determined by the properties of the constituent vitamins.
Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1). It participates in the conduction of the nerve impulse.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, is necessary for normal hematopoiesis and the function of the central and peripheral nervous system. It provides synaptic transmission, the processes of inhibition in the central nervous system, participates in the transport of sphingosine, which is part of the nerve sheath, participates in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; it is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.
Indications
Neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, Back pain, Neck pain, Pain, Lumbago, Sciatica, Neuritis
It is used in the complex therapy of the following neurological diseases:
Ternary nerve neuralgia;
Facial nerve neuritis;
-Pain syndrome caused by spinal disorders (intercostal neuralgia, lumboiscialgia, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervical shoulder syndrome, radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes in the spine).
Polyneuropathy of various etiologies (diabetic, alcoholic).
Composition
Active ingredients:
Benfotiamin – 100 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride – – 100 mg
Cyanocobalamin – – 2 mcg

Hypromellose – 3.512 mg, macrogol-4000 – 1.411 mg, povidone low molecular weight – 3.713 mg, titanium dioxide – 3.511 mg, talc – 1.353 mg.
How to take, the dosage
Tablets should be taken after a meal, without chewing and drinking plenty of fluids. Adults take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. Course duration is according to the doctor’s recommendation. It is not recommended to treat with high doses of the drug for more than 4 weeks.
Interaction
Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is incompatible with salts of heavy metals. Ethanol sharply reduces absorption of thiamine. It is not recommended to take multivitamin complexes including B vitamins while taking the drug.
Synopsis
Round biconvex film-coated tablets, white or almost white.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe and acute decompensated heart failure, childhood.
Overdose
Symptoms: intensification of symptoms of side effects of the drug. First aid: gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal, prescription of symptomatic therapy.
Pregnancy use
Combilipen® tabs contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 and therefore it is not recommended to use the drug in these cases.
