Composition

coated tablets – 1 tablet.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) – 4 mg;

Folic acid (vitamin B9) – 5 mg;

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – 6 mcg.

How to take, the dosage

Orally, 1 tablet independently of meals. The course of treatment is 20-30 days.

Interaction

Folic acid reduces the effect of phenytoin;

Long-term use of analgesics, anticonvulsants, estrogens, oral contraceptives increase the body’s need for folic acid;

The possibility of allergic reactions increases when combined with thiamine; Aminoglycosides, epilepsy drugs, colchicine, salicylates decrease absorption of cyanocobalamin;

Triamterene, pyrimethamine, methotrexate decrease the effects of folic acid and inhibit dihydrofolate reductase;

Pyrodoxine hydrochloride in AngioVit increases the effect of diuretics and weakens the effect of levodopa.

In turn, penicillamine, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, cycloserine and isonicotin hydrazide reduce the effects of pyridoxine;

Antacids, sulfanomines, colestyramine impair the absorption of folic acid;

Angiovit can be taken simultaneously with cardiac glycosides, asparkam and glutamic acid.

Synopsis

Vitamin complex for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases associated with elevated levels of homocysteine, which is one of the factors of vascular wall damage.

High levels of homocysteine in the blood (hyperhomocysteinemia) is found in 60-70% of cardiology patients and is one of the main risk factors of atherosclerosis and arterial thrombosis, including myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, diabetic vascular lesions. Deficiency of folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 in the body contributes to the occurrence of hyperhomocysteinemia.

Hyperhomocysteinemia is also a factor in the formation of chronic (habitual) pregnancy failure and congenital fetal pathology. It has been established that hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with the occurrence of various types of depression, senile dementia (dementia) and Alzheimer’s disease.
