Bifidumbacterin – normalizing intestinal microflora, immunomodulatory.

It is an antagonist of a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, activates the digestion process and gastrointestinal function, metabolic processes and nonspecific resistance.

The action of the product is conditioned by high concentration of bifidobacteria sorbed on particles of activated charcoal which are antagonists of a wide range of pathogenic (including Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus) and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (including Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp.).

Bifidobacteria sorbed on a specially prepared carrier provide increased clinical efficacy and rapid restoration of normal microflora.

Microflora being a natural biosorbent accumulates toxic substances coming from outside or forming in the body and breaks them down into non-toxic components.

Sorbed bifidobacteria, forming microcolonies, intensify recovery and metabolic processes, fastigrade digestion, synthesis of vitamins and amino acids and immune defense.

Active substance:

Bifidobacterium longum – 50 million CFU.

Auxiliary substance:

Lactose monohydrate – up to 0.85 g.

How to take, the dosage

Over the mouth, with meals (mixed with the liquid part of the food, preferably fermented milk, or with 30-50 ml of boiled water at room temperature, or mother’s milk)

For the prevention of intestinal diseases.Adults and children from 3 years – 2 sachets 1-2 times a day, children over 6 months – 1 sachet 1-2 times a day, up to 6 months – 1 sachet 1 time a day, for 2-3 weeks 2-3 times a year.

Treatment: adults and children over 7 years – 2 sachets 3-4 times a day; children 3-7 years – 1 sachet 3-5 times a day,

Interaction

There are no undesirable effects of interaction with other drugs.

The drug can be used in combination with antibacterial drugs.

The effect is enhanced by vitamins (especially group B), reduced by antibiotics.

Special Instructions

The drug should not be used if the integrity of the individual package is broken, violation of labeling.

To dilute the drug do not use water at temperatures above 40C and do not store Bifidumbacterin in the diluted form.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose

An overdose of Bifidumbacterin is not possible due to the lack of cumulative action.
