Benzocaine, Bismuth subgallate, Zinc oxide, Levomenthol

Composition

One suppository contains:

Active ingredients:

Benzocaine – 100.0 mg

Bismuth subgallate – 40.0 mg

Levomenthol – 4.0 mg

Zinc oxide – 20.0 mg;

Excipients:

Polyethylene oxide base: (macrogol – 1500 – 95%, macrogol 400 – 5%) – to obtain a suppository weighing 2.60 g.

Pregnancy

The use of Anestezol® during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the child and fetus.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children’s age (up to 12 years).

Side Effects

Burning in the anus, laxative effect, allergic reactions.

Interaction

Drug interactions with Anestezol® have not been described.

Storage conditions

In a place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 20°C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life

3 years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
