🐾 Vitam solution for animals, 10 ml

Vitamin and amino acid complex “Vitam”, due to the balanced amount of vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and glucose, compensates the deficit of these biologically active substances in the body of animals, arising from stress, preventive vaccinations and dehelminthization, after diseases, helps to normalize the metabolism of animals. Glucose is a source of energy, improves detoxication function of liver and enhances contractile activity of cardiac muscle. Administration of the drug stimulates the processes of hematopoiesis, redox reactions, normalizes metabolism, increases nonspecific resistance of the organism. Vitamin amino acid complex “Vitam” is classified as low hazardous substance (Hazard Class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), is well tolerated by animals in recommended doses, has no local irritation, embryotoxic and teratogenic properties.

Indications

Prescribed for therapeutic purposes for pets in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroenteritis, colibacillosis enteritis, gastritis, spastic colitis, pancreatitis), as well as in intoxication and dyspeptic phenomena accompanied by vomiting, appetite disorder and defecation.

Vitamin and amino acid complex “Vitam” in 1000 ml contains glucose – 1 g, ascorbic acid – 0.075 mg, vitamin B1 – 0.015 mg, vitamin B2 – 0.015 mg, vitamin B3 – 0.015 mg, vitamin B6 – 0.037 mg, folic acid – 0.015 mg; nicotinic acid, 0.037 mg; nicotinamide, 0.037 mg; biotin, 0.015 mg; para-aminobenzoic acid, 0.074 mg; choline chloride, 60 mg; vitamin D3, 0.015 mg; sodium chloride, 0.8 g; potassium chloride, 0.4 g; magnesium chloride, 0.1 g; sodium phosphate, 0.075 g; potassium phosphate, 0.06 g; sodium carbonate, 0.6 g; arginine, 60 mg; lysine, 60 mg; leucine, 52 mg; phenylalanine, 21.5 mg; threonine, 26 mg; tryptophan, 8.6 mg; valine, 21.5 mg; tyrosine, 34.6 mg serine, 21.5 mg; glycine, 43 mg; alpha-alanine, 21.5 mg; proline, 32 mg; asparagic acid, 26 mg; oxyproline, 8.6 mg; glutamic acid, 60 mg; cysteine, 0.15 mg; and water for injection as solvent.

How to take, the dosage

Vitamin-amino acid complex “Vitam” is administered to animals intramuscularly or subcutaneously. For preventive purposes (in springtime, during pregnancy and intensive use, during stress, recovery period after diseases, newborn calves and piglets during vaccination) the drug is used in a dose of 1.5 – 2 ml per 10 kg of animal weight two times a week for a month. With therapeutic purpose “Vitam” shall be administered in a dose of 3 to 5 ml per 10 kg of animal weight 2 times a day for 3 to 5 days. In intoxication (poisoning by synthetic and food poisons) vitamin amino acid complex “Vitam” shall be used in a tenfold therapeutic dosage. If the administered dose of the drug exceeds 20 ml, it is recommended to administer it by several injections in different points. Vitamin amino acid complex “Vitam” is compatible with other drugs and feed additives.

Special Instructions

Products from animals that were used vitamin amino acid complex “Vitam” are used without restrictions.

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Side effects

Hypersensitive animals may have allergic reactions.
