Pharmacotherapeutic drug group for veterinary use: probiotic.
Bacteria Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-10641 secrete in the intestines of animals antibiotic-like substances, enzymes and other biologically active substances, which normalize: intestinal biocenosis, acidity, digestion, absorption and metabolism of iron, calcium, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, triglycerides, amino acids, dipeptides, sugars, bile salts. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10642 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10643 used for making the preparation are characterized by high resistance to digestive juices and enzymes of gastrointestinal tract and ability to colonize it quickly. In the intestines of animals bacterial spores are transformed into vegetative forms and excrete antibiotic-like substances, enzymes and other biologically active substances, under the influence of which: normalize: intestinal biocenosis, acidity, digestion, absorption and metabolism of iron, calcium, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, triglycerides, amino acids, dipeptides, sugars, bile salts. Vetom 1.2 stimulates cellular and humoral factors of immunity, increases resistance of animals and poultry to infection by viral and bacterial agents.

Special instructions

It is forbidden to prescribe Vetom 1 simultaneously with antibiotics and sulfonamides.

The specific effects of the drug upon first use or its withdrawal have not been established.

Special measures are not provided for skipping one or more doses of the drug; the course of treatment and prophylaxis should be resumed in the same dosage according to the same regimen

There are no restrictions on the timing of slaughter of farm animals. Products from animals obtained after using the drug Vetom 1 are allowed to be used without restrictions.

Side Effects

No side effects have been identified; there are no adverse reactions when using the medicinal product for veterinary use Vetom 1.

Contraindications

There are no contraindications for the use of the drug.
