Vinpocetine-Akos concentrate solution d/infusion 5 mg/ml 2ml, 10 pcs.

An agent that improves cerebral blood flow and cerebral metabolism. It inhibits phosphodiesterase activity, which promotes accumulation of CAMP in tissues.

Composition

1 ampoule contains vinpocetine 10 mg.

Auxiliary substances (ascorbic and tartaric acids, sorbitol, benzyl alcohol, sodium metabisulfite, water for injection).

How to take, the dosage

For oral administration, 5-10 mg 3 times a day.

Injections (mainly for acute conditions), single dose is 20 mg; with good tolerance, the dose is increased over 3-4 days to 1 mg/kg; treatment duration is 10-14 days.

Interaction

When used concomitantly with warfarin, a slight decrease in the anticoagulant effect of warfarin has been reported.

Concomitant parenteral use of vinpocetine and heparin may increase the risk of bleeding.

Contraindications

Pregnancy, hypersensitivity to vinpocetine.

For parenteral use: severe CHD, severe arrhythmias.
