Pharmacodynamics

It has sedative effect, with moderate reflex vasodilator effect caused by irritation of the sensitive nerve endings.

Stimulates the production and release of enkephalins, endorphins and other peptides, kinins (by irritating the mucosa receptors), which actively participate in the regulation of vascular permeability, the formation of pain sensations.

Pharmacokinetics

When administered under the tongue therapeutic effect occurs on average in 5 minutes, while up to 70% of the drug is released within 3 minutes.

How to take, the dosage

Tablets – sublingually, 1 tablet. 2-3 times a day.

The frequency and duration of administration is determined depending on the effectiveness of treatment.

If the therapeutic effect is absent or insufficient within 5-10 minutes after administration, other therapy should be prescribed.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the drug.

Sugarose/isomaltose deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption (because the drug contains sucrose).

Cautions

Persons with diabetes mellitus should be prescribed with caution (because the drug contains sucrose). 1 tablet contains 0.096 to 0.116 BE (0.106 BE).
