Polymer-glass dry vacuum cups for static or kinetic vacuum therapy BV-01-“AP” (hereinafter referred to as “cups”) are a means of beneficial effect on blood and lymph circulation, improving peripheral circulation of blood, lymph and interstitial fluid. Causing local and reflex dilation of blood and lymph vessels, they have a local resolving, analgesic and stimulating effect. Local micro-bleedings are formed at the places where the cans are applied. The products of blood decomposition formed in this case are absorbed and stimulate hematopoiesis. Stagnation phenomena are eliminated, metabolic processes and skin breathing intensify, the skin becomes elastic, its resistance to temperature and physical influences increases, muscle contractile function improves, their tone and elasticity increase. During the first hour after application of the jars some positive changes in blood composition, a decrease in blood pressure and a slowing down of the pulse are noted.

Directions for use

Kinetic vacuum therapy (can massage):

the patient is lying or sitting in a relaxed position;

lubricate the massaged surface with massage cream, sterile vegetable oil or vaseline; Attention!!! Before inserting the jars, check the surface adjacent to the patient’s skin for cracks and chips.

Place one can, adjusting the strength of the vacuum by compressing the cylinder, taking into account the patient’s skin sensitivity, age and physical condition, avoiding strong painful sensations.

Make smooth sliding movements with the jar in the direction of the massage lines (indicated in the picture), holding the jar by the glass reservoir.

Autohaemotherapy method is used to massage the eye and eyelid areas, which consists of placing the jar on the skin for 2-5 seconds without moving it.

The frequency of can massage procedures is determined by your doctor.

After the procedure you should rest for at least 30 minutes in a warm room.

Therapeutic effect of the can massage.
1. If you have osteochondrosis, make sliding massage movements from the lower back to the neck. Particular attention is paid to massage areas located 2-3 cm from the spinous processes of the spine. Movement is rectilinear as the upward movement is forced so that the skin fold follows the can, while the downward movement is made with no effort.
2. in case of cervical osteochondrosis make movements with the can along the cervical vertebrae. Particular attention should be paid to the area of the seventh cervical vertebra (to find it, you need to tilt your head, feel the cervical vertebrae, this will be the most protruding vertebra). The massage should last 1-1.5 minutes. Afterwards massage the trapezius muscles from the head to the shoulders.
3. When suffering from colds, bronchitis, pneumonia the back is massaged from the lower angles of the scapulae to the shoulders, the side surfaces of the chest as well as from the xiphoid process of the sternum to the left and right shoulder. Under the influence of can massage leaves sputum, improves breathing and lowers body temperature. After the procedure the patient should be wrapped up with a blanket and given a cup of tea with lemon or raspberries.
4. With myositis of the lumbar muscles are massaged along the lumbar, with myositis of the muscles of the forearm – the muscles of the rear surface of the neck and back. If you have sciatica lumbosacralis you massage the lumbar area and if the pain goes to the leg – then the back side of the leg from the fossa of the hamstring to the buttocks. Attention!!! Do not massage the area of the popliteal fossa and inner surface of the thigh!
5. in case of cellulite the can massage the muscles of the thighs and buttocks. Move the can by circular, zigzag, straight (all kinds of movements 5 – 6 times). Under the influence of the can massage there is a mechanical breakdown of fat cells. To enhance the effect, lubricate the massaged surface with anti-cellulite cream. The course of massage is 1 month.
6. in order to increase immunity of the weak and sick patients the autohemotherapy method is used, which consists in putting a big vacuum cup on the buttocks skin for 30-60 seconds. The course of the massage is 10 days.
7. the massage in case of injuries is used during the post-mobilization period to normalize blood and lymph circulation, relieve pain syndrome, resolving edema, regenerate and repair tissues, normalize oxidation and reparation processes. The massage starts above the swelling (reflexive and distracting), gradually descending to the adjacent areas of the lesion.

Contraindications

Pulmonary bleeding, pulmonary tuberculosis in the active stage, malignant and benign tumors, hemorrhagic diathesis, skin diseases and acute skin sensitivity, blood diseases, severe exhaustion of the patient, heart rhythm disorders, hypertensive disease of 3rd degree, high temperature.
Do not put the jars on the spine, heart area, kidneys and mammary glands in women.
