Polymer-glass dry vacuum cups for static or kinetic vacuum therapy BV-01-“AP” are a means of beneficial effect on blood and lymph circulation, improving peripheral circulation of blood, lymph and interstitial fluid. Causing local and reflex dilation of blood and lymph vessels they have local resolving, analgesic and stimulating effect. Local micro-bleedings are formed at the places where the cans are applied. The products of blood decomposition formed in this case are absorbed and stimulate hematopoiesis. Stagnation phenomena are eliminated, metabolic processes and skin breathing intensify, the skin becomes elastic, its resistance to temperature and physical influences increases, muscle contractile function improves, their tone and elasticity increase. Within the first hour after application of the jars some positive changes in blood composition, a decrease in blood pressure and a slowing down of the pulse are noted.

Directions for use

Disinfection.
When used in medical institutions or in other conditions for different patients the cans should be disinfected according to MU 287-113. Before disinfection the can and the tank are separated. The can tank is disinfected by boiling in distilled water with sodium bicarbonate 2% (baking soda) for 15±5 minutes. The can is dipped into 3% chloramine solution for 60 minutes or into 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for 180 minutes. At the end of the disinfection exposure products are washed with running potable water.
In case of individual multiple use the method of double wiping with a cloth from calico or gauze soaked in 3% hydrogen peroxide solution or in 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with addition of 0,5% detergent of “Lotus” type (MU 287-113) can be applied.

Kinetic vacuum therapy (can massage):

Therapeutic effect of the can massage.
1. For cervical osteochondrosis make movements with a can along the cervical vertebrae. Particular attention should be paid to the zone of the seventh cervical vertebra (in order to find it, you need to bend your head forward and feel the cervical vertebrae, it will be the most protruding vertebra) and massage areas located 2-3 cm from the spinous processes of the spine. Movement in a straight line, while upward move the bank with force so that the front of the bank “went” a fold of skin, downward movement – without effort. The duration of the massage is 1-1,5 ml. Afterwards massage the trapezius muscles from the head to the shoulders.
2. After the procedure the patient should be wrapped up with a blanket and given a glass of tea with lemon or raspberries.
Attention! Do not massage the side areas of the neck where there are large blood vessels.
4. massage when injuries are used in the post-mobilization period to normalize blood and lymph flow, relieve pain syndrome, resolving edema, tissue regeneration and reparation, the normalization of redox processes. Contraindications

Pulmonary bleeding, pulmonary tuberculosis in the active stage, malignant and benign tumors, hemorrhagic diathesis, skin diseases and acute skin sensitivity, blood diseases, severe exhaustion of the patient, heart rhythm disorders, hypertensive disease stage 3, high temperature.

The jars are made with a diameter of 33 mm. According to the mode of application, the jars are a medical device for multiple use. The jars consist of two parts:
a) the reservoir of the jar, made of medical glass;
b) the cylinder of the jar to create a vacuum in the reservoir, made of plastisol polyvinyl chloride.
