Ear phytosuppositories are an effective remedy for the treatment and prevention of ENT diseases. They have a complex effect on the body: local warming, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.

To perform the procedure, prepare two phyto candles, a handkerchief or cap on your head, absorbent cotton sticks, matches, a glass of water, baby cream, absorbent cotton.

Lie on your right side, put a small pillow under your head, cover your head with a cotton napkin with a slit for the ear. Massage the left ear lobe lightly with the cream. Light the upper end of the phytocandle, the lower (with foil) gently put it to the external ear canal. The candle should burn to the level of the foil (mark), and then extinguish it in a glass with water. Clean the ear with a stick with absorbent cotton, insert a cotton swab for 10-15 minutes.

Repeat the procedure for the right ear.

You should not wash your hair on the day of the procedure.

For chronic conditions, 5-6 treatment sessions once a week are recommended; for acute conditions, once every 2-3 days.
