Symptomatic treatment of severe sore throat in infectious and inflammatory diseases. It contains lidocaine. Not only helps relieve symptoms, but also has an anesthetic effect. The drug fights bacteria and fungi and has an antimycotic effect. It also has a local anesthetic and anti-edema effect. Read the instructions for medical use carefully before taking this medicine.

How to take, the dosage
Carefully read the instructions before taking the drug.
Topically.
To use the spray: remove the cap, lift the atomizer. Holding the bottle vertically, direct to the area of inflammation and spray in the oral cavity.
Adults and children over 12 years: irrigate the inflamed area by pressing twice on the head of the bottle (one dose). If necessary the procedure should be repeated every two hours, not more than eight times within 24 hours.
Do not exceed the specified dose.
Duration of treatment course is not more than three days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, it is necessary to stop the treatment and consult a doctor.
Interaction
The effects of topically administered lidocaine may be enhanced when the drug is used simultaneously with erythromycin, itraconazole, cimetidine, fluvoxamine, beta-adrenoblockers, and other antiarrhythmic agents such as mexiletine.
Special Instructions
It is recommended that the drug be taken in the shortest possible course and in the lowest effective dose necessary to eliminate symptoms.
Contraindications
- High sensitivity to the components of the drug
- A history of allergy to local anesthetics
- history of or tendency to methemoglobinemia;

- children under 12 years of age.

Side effects
The following adverse reactions were observed during short-term use of the drug
in the recommended doses. When treating chronic conditions and during long-term use other adverse reactions may occur.
The frequency of adverse reactions was assessed based on the following criteria: very common (≥ 1/10), common (≥ 1/100 to < 1/10), infrequent (≥ 1/1000 to < 1/100), rare (≥ 1/10 000 to < 1/1000), very rare (< 1/10 000), the frequency is unknown (data for frequency assessment are not enough).
Immune system disorders
Frequency unknown: hypersensitivity reactions (incl.
Gastrointestinal tract disorders
Frequency unknown: nausea, burning or tingling sensation, swelling in the mouth.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders
Frequency is unknown: rash.
If the above or other adverse reactions not listed in the instructions, stop using the drug and consult a physician.
Overdose
It is unlikely that a possible overdose may result in upper gastrointestinal anesthesia.
Please note that intoxication with high doses of lidocaine may result in hypotension, asystole, bradycardia, apnea (respiratory arrest), seizures, coma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest and death.
Treatment: symptomatic under medical supervision.
Pregnancy use
Use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only on the doctor’s recommendation if the estimated benefits to the mother exceed the potential risk to the fetus and child.
