Indications

– Chronic constipation (hypo-, atony of the large intestine),

– regulation of stool for hemorrhoids and proctitis (without exacerbation), anal fissures.

Contraindications

– spastic colitis,

– pregnancy,

– breastfeeding period,

Interaction

Senna preparations reduce the absorption of tetracycline.

Overdose

Symptoms: diarrhea, impaired water and electrolyte metabolism.
