Sea Buckthorn oil, 50 ml

Buckthorn oil is a vegetable origin, a source of vitamins A, E, K, stimulates reparative processes in the skin and mucous membranes, accelerates their epithelization, inhibits the activity of gastric proteases, has anti-inflammatory, tonic, antioxidant and cytoprotective effect.

Owing to the presence of fat-soluble bioantioxidants it reduces free radical processes and protects cell membranes from damage; lowers the level of cholesterol and blood lipids.

Of all known vegetable oils only sea buckthorn contains vitamin A in its most active form as beta-carotenoids and in maximum quantities.

In the last decade scientists around the world unanimously recognize the outstanding medicinal properties of this provitamin.

Indications

For internal and local use: radiation lesions of the skin and mucous membranes; colpitis, endocervicitis, cervical erosion; gastric and duodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis, period after GI operations, atrophic pharyngitis, laryngitis, chronic colitis, non-specific ulcerative colitis (in the combined therapy).

For external application: scalped, post-operative, superficial burn wounds of II-III degree (especially in preparation for dermatoplasty), abrasions, trophic ulcers.

Composition

Mixture of carotene and carotenoids (not less than 180 mg%);

complex of biologically active substances from sea buckthorn fruits:

tocopherols,

sterols,

PUFAs (linoleic, palmitoleic, oleic, linolenic, palmitic).

How to take, the dosage

Ingestion 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day before meals for 3-4 weeks.

Outwardly it is used in the form of bandages, the procedure is repeated every other day.

In gynecology, mucous membrane dabs or oil-soaked tampons are used.

The course of treatment is 8-15 procedures.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components.

Acute inflammation of the gall bladder, liver, pancreas, cholelithiasis.
