Special instructions

Like all interferons, in some individuals, with prolonged use, the drug can cause the appearance of antibodies to interferon, which leads to a decrease in the therapeutic effect.

Use of the drug for viral hepatitis B at a later date is less effective. Not effective for developing hepatic coma and cholestatic course of the disease. In patients with the erythrodermic stage of mycosis fungoides, when the temperature rises above 39 degrees C and in case of exacerbation of the process, the administration of Reaferon-EC should be stopped.

In persons with a high pyrogenic reaction (39 degrees C and above) to the administration of Reaferon-EC, simultaneous use of indomethacin is recommended. In case of storing the solution for topical use, it is necessary, observing the rules of asepsis and antiseptics, to transfer the contents of the ampoule into a sterile vial and store the solution in the refrigerator at 4-10 degrees C for no more than 12 hours. Contraindications
