Special instructions

Patients with GERD may experience worsening symptoms. If symptoms persist or worsen while using the drug, you should consult your doctor. The drug should not be used continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery

During treatment with the drug, care should be taken when performing potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher, operator).

1 film-coated tablet contains:

dried lemon balm extract – 25,000 mg;

dry peppermint extract – 25,000 mg;

excipients:

talc,

magnesium stearate,

crospovidone,

corn starch,

colloidal silicon dioxide,

microcrystalline cellulose,

lactose;

shell composition:

hydroxypropylcellulose (Hypromellose, Pharmacoat), talc, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, povidone, sucrose, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, brown dye 75, glycerin, E Hoechst wax (Capol 600).

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

• lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;

• sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance;

• arterial hypotension;

• cholangitis, cholelithiasis and other diseases of the biliary tract;

• pregnancy;

• breastfeeding period;

• children under 12 years of age.

With caution

In patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Side Effects

Allergic reactions are possible (hyperemia, skin rash, peripheral edema, allergic dermatitis), bronchospasm, and with prolonged use – constipation.

Interaction

The drug enhances the effect of hypnotics and other drugs that depress the central nervous system, antihypertensive drugs (in particular, centrally acting), painkillers, which requires dose adjustment.

Overdose

A single dose of 20 g of rhizomes with valerian roots (approximately 103 Persen® tablets) may cause a feeling of fatigue, stomach cramps, a feeling of tightness in the chest, dizziness, trembling hands, dilated pupils, which may disappear on their own within 24 hours.

In case of overdose, it is advisable to perform gastric lavage and consult a doctor.
