Use with caution in patients with predisposition to thrombosis.

Contraindications

Severe renal dysfunction, first trimester of pregnancy, vitreous hemorrhage, hypercoagulable phase of consumption coagulopathy, hypersensitivity to aminomethylbenzoic acid.

Side effects

Digestive system disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Cardiovascular system: BP fluctuations, tachycardia.

CNS disorders: dizziness.
