MeteorismBiologically active food supplement is a source of the digestive enzyme alpha-galactosidase. Helps prevent bloating caused by eating foods that cause flatulence.

Composition

Calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate (carrier), microcrystalline cellulose (carrier); croscaramellose (carrier), alpha-galactose and da, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent). It does not contain GMMs, lactose, milk proteins, dyes, flavors, and preservatives.1 tablet contains 5 mg of the active ingredient alpha-galactosidase, which corresponds to 150 ME of galactosidase enzymatic activity.

Directions for use

Adults and children over 3 years old take 1-3 tablets with the first meals when eating foods that cause flatulence: all types of beans (white, red, brown and their combinations), lentils, salads, cabbage (white, red), kohlrabi, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, carrots, parsley, flour and flour products (especially whole grain seeds), pistachios, sesame seeds, soy and soy products (soy milk, tofu).

Synopsis

Alpha-galactosidase is an enzyme that breaks down so-called oligosaccharides (complex sugars) to simpler forms that are easily digested. Legumes, vegetables, and whole grains are high in oligosaccharides, which most people don’t digest well. Entering the large intestine unchanged, oligosaccharides are digested by bacteria, releasing excessive amounts of gas, which leads to bloating, rumbling, and abdominal pain. Alpha-galactosidase provides an enzyme activity that is not present in the human body, preventing the oligosaccharides from entering the large intestine in an undigested form.
