The urticaria alkaloids weaken the effects of m-cholinomimetics and anticholinesterase agents, corticotropin, ketoconazole, anticoagulants, reduce the duration of action of drugs for anesthesia.

Lrasavka alkaloids increase the therapeutic effect of anticholinergic agents and antidepressants.

Pharmacological incompatibility with aminazin, diprazine, caffeine, caffeine-benzoate sodium, pilocarpine, proserine, thiamine bromide.

Overdose

In minor overdose: dry mouth, dilated pupils, accommodation disorder, tachycardia, photophobia, respiratory paralysis, difficulty urinating, intestinal atony, dizziness.

In severe intoxication: motor and mental agitation, severe anxiety, hypertension, photophobia, respiratory paralysis,nausea, vomiting, hallucinatory phenomena, seizures.

Treatment: diazepam. Symptomatic treatment.
