Composition

One suppository contains:

Krasavka thick extract (belladonna leaves) – 15 mg

Auxiliary components:

Phenol synthetic for medicinal purposes – 1.4 mg,

Polyethylene oxide 1500 (macrogol 1500) and polyethylene oxide 400 (macrogol 400) – enough to obtain a suppository weight of 1.6 g.

How to take, the dosage

The suppository is released from the contour package, having previously cut it with scissors.

Rectally, 1 suppository 2-3 times a day; maximum daily dose is 10 suppositories a day.

Interaction

The urticaria alkaloids weaken the effects of m-cholinomimetics and anticholinesterase agents, corticotropin, ketoconazole, anticoagulants, reduce the duration of action of drugs for anesthesia.

Lrasavka alkaloids increase the therapeutic effect of anticholinergic agents and antidepressants.

Pharmacological incompatibility with aminazin, diprazine, caffeine, caffeine-benzoate sodium, pilocarpine, proserine, thiamine bromide.

Special Instructions

During treatment, caution should be exercised when driving motor vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require high concentration, rapid psychomotor reactions and good vision.

Contraindications

The drug is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to the drug components, in closed-angle glaucoma, in prostatic hypertrophy with impaired outflow of urine.

Side effects

In hypersensitivity or overdose of the drug allergic reactions, dry mouth, dilated pupils, constipation, dizziness, palpitations, photophobia, redness of skin and eyelids, urinary retention are possible.

Overdose

In minor overdose: dry mouth, dilated pupils, accommodation disorder, tachycardia, photophobia, respiratory paralysis, difficulty urinating, intestinal atony, dizziness.

In severe intoxication: motor and mental agitation, severe anxiety, hypertension, photophobia, respiratory paralysis,nausea, vomiting, hallucinatory phenomena, seizures.

Treatment: diazepam. Symptomatic treatment.
