Pharmacological properties

A combined drug, has antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant; when applied topically it prevents the formation of blood clots and stops the growth of existing blood clots and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Benzocaine has a local anesthetic effect.

Indications

Thrombosis of external and internal hemorrhoids.
