4 filter packs (6 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes.

Filter bags are squeezed, the volume of the resulting infusion brought to 200 ml of boiled water.

It is taken orally by 1 tablespoon 3 – 4 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.
