The NARCOCHECK test is an in vitro immunochromatographic test that provides a qualitative result for visual evaluation, without the use of additional equipment.
The urine test is based on the principle of immunochromatographic analysis, in which drug substances (or their metabolites) in the analyzed urine sample compete with drug substances (and their metabolites) immobilized on the porous membrane of the immunochromatographic strip for a limited number of antibodies.
