How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (5 tablespoons) of marigold flowers are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml.

To rinse the mouth and throat use 1/2 to 1 cup of infusion 3-5 times a day in warm form.

In the mouth, take 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day before meals.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Internal use is possible after checking with your doctor.
