The seawater, sterilized and reduced to isotonic state, helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa.

The drug helps to thin mucus and normalize its production in the bocalytic cells of the mucosa.

Micronutrients in the product improve the function of the atomizing epithelium.

The product promotes washing and removal of street and room dust, allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa and reduction of local inflammation.

The device is a nasal wash kit containing neti-pot (nasal wash device) and 30 bags of Adriatic sea salt enriched with hypoallergenic essential oils of myrtle (antiseptic and tonic) and immortelle (antibacterial action).

Indications

1. adenoiditis;
2. acute, allergic, vasomotor rhinitis;
3. chronic diseases of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, sinuses, including those with dry nasal mucosa;
4. Prevention of nasal cavity infections in the fall and winter period, under changing climatic conditions (rooms with air conditioning and/or central heating), presence of polluted atmospheric air (smokers, drivers of vehicles, hot and dusty workshops).
5. nasal cavity and sinus wounds washing before and after surgical interventions.
6. nasal hygiene procedures (including in infants).

How to take, the dosage

The duration of the course of therapy is 2-4 weeks. It is recommended to repeat the course in a month.

1. Nasal drops for children can be prescribed for treatment from the 1st day of life – 2 drops in each nostril 4 times a day.
For prophylaxis – 1-2 drops 2-3 times a day.

2. nasal dosed spray is administered for children aged 1 to 7 years – 2 drops in each nostril 4 times/day;
children aged 7 to 16 years – 2 drops in each nostril 4-6 times/day,
Adults – 2-3 injections into each nasal passage 4-8 times/day.

Interaction

Sea water preparations are compatible with other medications for the treatment of ENT diseases.

Special Instructions

In newborns the solution should be instilled into the nasal cavity with caution, with minimal pressure on the bottle (due to the risk of middle ear infection).

Possible to use with other medications when treating rhinitis.

The advantage of the device is that the sea-salt solution flows by gravity into the nasal passages and very effectively flushes out bacteria, viruses, allergens as well as mucus clots that interfere with normal breathing.

In addition, the device does not cause middle ear inflammation because the seawater solution flows into the nasal passages without pressure.

Contraindications

– children under 1 year of age (for nasal dosage spray);
– children under 5 years of age (for 2.97g sachet);
– children under 3 years of age (for 1g sachet);

– hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
