Directions for use
Heat 1-3 liters of ultra-pasteurized (sterilized) milk to a temperature of 30-32 o C, add the curd starter, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-12 hours (depending on how sour the curd you want to get).
Then heat (in a water bath) the obtained mass to 55-60 o C until the whey appears and remove it by skimming. The cottage cheese should be cooled and can be consumed.

Special Instructions
To make Lactoferm ECO Cheese Cheese you need to take 1-3 liters of boiled or pasteurized milk, mix it with one sachet of sourdough and leave it to ferment for 10-12 hours.
Yogurt machine, a multicooker or a thermos is suitable for this. The resulting mass heated in a water bath to 55-60 ° C, and then separate the curd mass from whey. The finished product should be cooled in the refrigerator.
