The contents of one sachet (5 g) dissolve in 100 ml (1/2 cup) of warm boiled water.

With the solution obtained, rinse the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat for 5 minutes in series of 10-15 seconds, after which it is necessary to refrain from eating and drinking liquids for at least half an hour.

For maximum results, it is recommended to repeat the process every 3 hours.

In your daily oral care routine, apply after brushing your teeth or after eating.
