Homeopathic monocomponent drug of plant origin

Pharmacological properties:
Hepar sulfur calcareum is a grayish powder with a hydrogen sulfide odor. The substance is almost insoluble in water and alcohol, and enters into chemical reactions similar to sulfur and calcium.

Indications

Key symptoms for prescribing the drug:

-purulent inflammation;
-hypersensitivity to pain (intolerance to any touch to the area of inflammation) and cold;-sensation of painful throbbing; -Pain in the ears when blowing the nose;
Pain in the throat and radiating to the ears.

Main cases of clinical application:

Hepar sulfur is indicated primarily in inflammatory processes and/or abscesses of any localization.

In acute pathology the common sign is increased sensitivity of the affected areas and improvement with local application of heat. In chronic pathology, in the presence of suppuration, a common sign is an unpleasant smell of pus.

Dermatology:
-furuncles, abscesses, carbuncles, hydradenitis, impetigo and purulent rashes

The method of prescription must be observed exactly, on the one hand, due to the opposite effect of low and high dilutions, on the other hand, depending on the stage of suppuration: C5 dilutions favor pus separation or pus formation; C30 dilutions favor pus resorption; C9 dilutions act depending on the clinical stage. For this reason, weaker dilutions of Hepar sulfur should not be used if the suppuration occurs in a closed cavity or with insufficient pus outflow.

Repetition of the intake depends on the dilution prescribed and the purpose pursued;
-pustular acne;
-herpes;
-Chronic cutaneous staphylococcal infection;
-Tumors of the lower extremities, hypersensitive to touch, easily bleeding, with possible purulent discharge.

Otorhinolaryngology: Acute hyperalgic laryngitis, hoarseness, muffled and “barking” cough after severe hypothermia; profuse sweating brings no relief to the patient; rhinitis and mucopurulent rhinopharyngitis; adenoiditis; erythematous purulent tonsillitis; purulent rhinosinusitis, chronic sinusitis, worsening in winter and from cold; acute otitis media, pus from ear.

Pulmonology: tracheobronchitis with dry and muffled cough, which then becomes wet; cough increases at the beginning and end of the night, from cold air, cold drinks, hypothermia; catarrhal tracheobronchitis; bronchitis causing dyspnea, with tendency to superinfection, dilated bronchi.

Dentistry: dental abscess (suppuration should be drained as soon as possible); prophylaxis of odontogenic infections, except prophylaxis of infective endocarditis.

Ophthalmology: purulent conjunctivitis; barley.

Pediatrics: infant diarrhea (sticky greenish colored stools with a pungent odor); purulent processes; behavior disorders.

Urology: prevention of recurrence of chronic prostatitis.

Gynecology: prevention of recurrence of endometritis.

Other uses: chronic foci of infection resistant to antibiotic therapy.

Composition

The active ingredient:
Hepar sulfur (Hepar sulfur) C9

Excipients:
Saccharose, lactose.

How to take, the dosage

Sublingual. Pellets should be taken by mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal. Children from 0 to 3 years old dilute the pellets, shaking, in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and give them to drink. The optimal amount for a single reception is 5 pellets.

When treating with Hepar sulfur other medicines can be used.

Individual sensitivity to the drug; lactose intolerance.
