Glue BF-6 promotes the healing of small skin wounds due to the formation of an insulating film on their surface.

The latter is elastic and resistant to mechanical and chemical influences.

The coating of BF-6 glue creates conditions of isolation of microflora of small root canals from products of tissue destruction.

Indications

BF-6 glue is used to treat microtraumas – abrasions, scratches, cuts and other minor skin lesions, as well as to cover the root of a tooth during the surgical treatment of peri-root dental foci of infection: cysts, granulomas.

Pharmacological effect

When covering the tooth root with BF-6 glue, conditions are created to isolate the microflora of small root tubules from the products of tissue destruction.

Composition

Polyvinyl butyral grades KA, KB,

Bakelite varnish brands LBS-1, LBS-2,

dibutyl phthalate,

castor oil,

pine rosin,

rectified ethyl alcohol 96% (ethanol).

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the drug.

Children’s age up to 1 year.

Side Effects

Burning at the site of application, allergic reactions.

Storage conditions

Store in a place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding + 25o C, away from heating devices and open flames.
