Active in opportunistic mycoses, including those caused by Candida spp. (including generalized candidiasis against immunosuppression), Cryptococcus neoformans and Coccidioides immitis (including intracranial infections), Microsporum spp.
Active in opportunistic mycoses, including those caused by Candida spp. (including generalized candidiasis against immunosuppression), Cryptococcus neoformans and Coccidioides immitis (including intracranial infections), Microsporum spp. and Trichophyton spp; in endemic mycoses caused by Blastomyces dermatidis, Histoplasma capsulatum (including immunosuppression).
When applied topically and externally it is an antifungal agent of broad spectrum. It has proven efficacy against microorganisms responsible for dermatomycosis, Pityriasis versicolor (pityriasis versicolor) and cutaneous candidiasis (i.e. Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp., Epidermophyton spp. Candida spp. and Malassezia furfur or Pityrosporum orbiculata), as well as dermatophytes, yeast and mold fungi.
When applied externally, it is practically not absorbed from the skin surface and has no systemic action.
Indications
Treatment of superficial fungal skin infections, including mycoses of the feet (“fungus” of the foot), inguinal epidermophytosis (tinea cruris), fungal lesions of smooth skin of the body (tinea corporis); yeast skin infections (caused by Candida (for example, Candida albicans), in particular diaper rash; colored lichen (Pityriasis versicolor), caused by Pityrosporum orbiculare.

How to take, the dosage
Use after consulting a doctor!
Apply externally: apply the gel in a thin even layer to the affected skin area, covering also 2 cm and the area adjacent to them, and rub in until completely absorbed twice a day (morning and evening). Duration of use for 1 – 3 weeks depending on the causative agent of infection and the place of its manifestation. Duration of application is according to the doctor’s recommendation.
In some resistant forms the duration of application may be extended up to 6 weeks on the doctor’s recommendation.
Interaction
No clinically significant drug interaction of Flucorem with other drugs has been established.
Special Instructions
Avoid contact of the drug with the eyes. If there is no effect of the therapy within the specified period, the diagnosis should be reconsidered.
If the first symptoms of hypersensitivity or skin irritation appear, the drug should be canceled. Do not use with other drugs for topical use without medical advice.
The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work requiring high concentration and rapid psychomotor reactions.

Rarely, local reactions may occur: skin irritation, burning sensation. Allergic reactions (urticaria, skin rash) are possible.
