Indications

Inflammatory and ulcerative processes of the gastrointestinal tract (inflammation of the esophagus (esophagitis), gastric and duodenal ulcers, enteritis, colitis); constipation.

How to take, the dosage

In the body, the mucus of the seeds and the whole seeds swollen in water are used.

In inflammatory and ulcerative processes of the gastrointestinal tract mucus is taken 1/4 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

In case of constipation, swollen in water, flax seeds – 1-3 teaspoons with water 2-3 times a day.

Preparing the mucus. 1.5 teaspoonfuls of whole seeds are put in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, stir for 15 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

Contraindications

• High sensitivity to the drug;
• dyspeptic conditions (diarrhea)
• acute cholecystitis.
