How to take, the dosage

1. Prepare two phyto candles, handkerchief or cap on the head, absorbent cotton sticks, matches, a glass of water, baby cream, absorbent cotton.
2. Lay on your right side, place a small pillow under your head, cover your head with a cotton napkin with a slit for the ear.
3. Make a light massage with the cream on the left auricle.
