For rubbing: If not prescribed otherwise, it is recommended 2-3 times a day to apply a strip of the emulsion about 3-5 cm long (adults and children over 12 years of age), about 3-4 cm (children between 2-11 years of age) to the chest and interscapular area and rub well.
In children 2 months to 2 years of age, it is recommended that a 2-3 cm strip of the emulsion be applied only to the interscapular area and rubbed well.
For steam inhalations: In the absence of other prescriptions, we recommend adding a strip of the emulsion about 4-6 cm long (adults and children over 12 years of age), about 4 cm long (children 5-11 years of age) to 1-2 liters of hot water, stirring and breathing in steam under a towel 2-3 times a day.
For baths (mostly used for children aged 2 months to 2 years): A 8-10 cm strip of emulsion is added to 20 L of water of 36-37 °C (for children from 2 months old), or two 10 cm strips of emulsion per 40 L (for children from 2 years old), bathe children for about 10 minutes.
The baths are repeated until the symptoms of the disease completely disappear. Within a week, you can take a bath 3-4 times. Additionally, if necessary, 2-3 times a day the emulsion is rubbed into the skin of the chest and interscapular area. Bed rest is recommended for children during these activities.
