- Anemia due to B12.-deficiency states;
- as part of the complex therapy in iron deficiency and post-hemorrhagic anemia;
- aplastic anemia caused by toxic substances and medications;

- polineuritis;
- radiculitis;
- neuralgia;
- amyotrophic lateral sclerosis;
- cerebral palsy;
- Down’s disease;
- peripheral nerve injuries;
- dermal diseases (psoriasis, photodermatosis, dermatitis herpetiformis, neurodermatitis);
- for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms (incl.

Directions for use
It is administered p/k, m/m, v/v and intralumbar, as well as intravenously.
- In anemia associated with vitamin B12 deficiency, administer 100-200 mcg every other day. In anemia with the phenomena of funicular myelosis and in macrocytic anemia with diseases of the nervous system – 400-500 micrograms in the first 7 days daily, then once every 5-7 days. During remission in the absence of phenomena of funicular myelosis the maintenance dose – 100 micrograms 2 times a month, in the presence of neurological symptoms – 200-400 micrograms 2-4 times a month.
- In acute post-hemorrhagic and iron deficiency anemia – 30-100 micrograms 2-3 times a week. In aplastic anemia (especially in children) – 100 micrograms until clinical improvement. If alimentary anemia in infants and premature children – 30 microgram per day for 15 days.
- In case of central and peripheral nervous system diseases, neurological diseases with pain syndrome the drug is administered in ascending doses – 200-500 micrograms per day, if the state improves – 100 micrograms per day. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. In peripheral nervous system injuries – 200-400 micrograms per day during 40-45 days.
- Hepatitis and cirrhosis – 30-60 micrograms per day or 100 micrograms per day during 25-40 days.
- In infantile dystrophies, Down’s disease and cerebral palsy – 15-30 mcg every other day.
- Funicular myelosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis can be injected into the spinal canal at 15-30 mcg, gradually increasing the dose to 200-250 mcg.
- In radiation sickness, diabetic neuropathy, sprue – 60-100 mcg daily for 20-30 days.
- In vitamin B12 deficiency, for prophylaxis – v/m or v/v 1 mg once a month; for treatment – v/m or v/v 1 mg daily for 1-2 weeks, a maintenance dose of 1-2 mg v/m or v/v – from once a week to once a month. Duration of treatment is determined individually.
