A combined product containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors of metabolic processes.

The vitamin and mineral complex is designed to replenish the physiological need for vitamins and minerals and is balanced to meet daily requirements.

The compatibility of the components in 1 tablet is ensured by a special production technology for vitamin products.

Vitamin A (retinol) is involved in the formation of visual pigments, is necessary for twilight and color vision, ensures the integrity of epithelial tissues and regulates the growth of bone.

Vitamin B 1 (thiamine) as a coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B 2 (riboflavin) is the most important catalyst of cellular respiration and visual processes.

Vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine) as a coenzyme is involved in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Vitamin B 12 (cyanocobalamin) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in normal growth, hematopoiesis and epithelial cell development and is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.

Nicotinamide is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) ensures the synthesis of collagen; participates in the formation and maintenance of structure and function of cartilage, bones, teeth; affects the formation of hemoglobin, red blood cell maturation.

Rutin (rutoside) is involved in redox processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in the tissues.

Calcium pantothenate as a component of coenzyme A plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation: it promotes the building and regeneration of epithelium and endothelium.

Folic acid is involved in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids and is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.

Lipoic acid is involved in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, has a lipotropic effect, affects cholesterol metabolism, improves liver function.

Vitamin E (-tocopherol acetate) has antioxidant properties, maintains the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis, has a positive effect on the function of gonads, nervous and muscle tissue.

Iron is involved in erythropoiesis, as part of hemoglobin provides oxygen transport to tissues.

Copper prevents the development of iron deficiency anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, and contributes to the prevention of osteoporosis. Increases strength and elasticity of blood vessels by acting on the proteins of connective tissue.

Calcium is necessary for bone formation, blood coagulation, nerve impulse transmission, contraction of skeletal and smooth muscles and normal functioning of the myocardium.

Cobalt regulates metabolic processes and increases protective forces of the body.

Manganese plays an important role in metabolism, is a member of many enzymes, strengthens bone and cartilage tissue.

Zinc has immunomodulatory properties, promotes the absorption of vitamin A. Regeneration and hair growth.

Magnesium contributes to normalization of blood pressure, stimulates, along with calcium, the production of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone and prevents the deposition of calcium salts in the kidneys.

Phosphorus strengthens bone tissue and teeth, increases mineralization and is a component of ATP – the source of cell energy.

Indications

• Prevention and replenishment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
• Convalescence period after prolonged and/or severe diseases, including infectious.
• In complex treatment with antibiotic therapy.
  

Composition

Magnesium lactate, ascorbic acid, filler sugar, binder; collidone K30, povidone; α-tocopherol acetate, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, retinol acetate, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, copper sulfate, zinc oxide, talcum powder, filler lactose (milk sugar), raising agent: potato starch, citric acid, film-forming agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; sliding agent magnesium stearate, color corrigent titanium dioxide, binder: ludipress, polyethylene glycol; coloring agent azorubin.

How to take, the dosage

Taken orally after meals.

For the prevention of vitamin and mineral deficiencies – 1 tablet once a day.

In states accompanied with increased need for vitamins and minerals – 1 tablet 2 times a day.

The course of treatment for 4 weeks. Repeated courses – on the doctor’s recommendation.

Interaction

Iron and calcium delay intestinal absorption of antibiotics from the tetracycline group and fluoroquinolone derivatives.

The simultaneous use of vitamin C and sulfonamide short-acting drugs increases the risk of crystalluria.

The antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, and colestyramine reduce iron absorption.

Ascorbic acid increases absorption of drugs of the penicillin group, iron.

The simultaneous administration of diuretics from the thiazide group increases the possibility of hypercalcemia.

Vitamin B 6 decreases levodopa activity in patients with parkinsonism.

Special Instructions

The possible staining of the urine in bright yellow color is completely harmless and is due to the presence of riboflavin in the product.

The use of Complivit® is not recommended together with other products containing vitamins and minerals.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components.

Overdose

In case of overdose a doctor should be consulted.

Treatment: temporary discontinuation of the drug, gastric lavage, oral intake of activated charcoal, symptomatic treatment.

Pregnancy use

COMPLYVIT® MAGNI may be used during pregnancy and lactation only on the doctor’s recommendation.
