How to take, the dosage

ALFAVIT allows you to choose the effect you get from the vitamin prophylaxis – it changes depending on the mode of ingestion. ALFAVIT can be taken:

• Only once a day – all three tablets at the same time, that is, as a regular vitamin and mineral complex.
• Twice a day (for example, one pill in the morning and two in the evening or vice versa) – the effect will be higher than when taking a one-tablet complex.
• Three times during the day, with an interval of 4-6 hours between doses. During this time the vitamins and minerals, which make up one tablet, assimilate completely, and do not interact with the components of the following one. This will provide maximum benefit from receiving ALFAVIT – it will be 30-50% more than from receiving a traditional vitamin and mineral complex.
