Calcium – presented in the form of calcium lactogluconate, is the main mineral affecting the formation of bone tissue and mineralization of bone collagen. Calcium formation is supported by osteogenic peptides of collagen hydrolysate. Together with vitamin C, calcium is involved in the synthesis of collagen fibers in connective tissue. Calcium salts are the main mineral elements of bones, giving them the necessary stiffness.
Magnesium is very important to support calcium metabolism, helps calcium and vitamin D3 in building bones, prevents bone softening, is necessary to maintain healthy bones and tooth enamel, calms the nervous system, is a vital element found in all body tissues, necessary for normal cell function.
Manganese – normalizes bone structures, carries oxygen from the blood to the cells. It is especially important in nourishing intervertebral discs and cartilage, which have no direct blood flow. Working together with magnesium, manganese significantly affects the metabolism of collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine sulfate, and is involved in ossification. It is essential for the renewal of cells of the musculoskeletal system, the blood coagulation system, is involved in the formation of thyroxine – the main hormone of the thyroid gland. Most rich in manganese tubular bones and liver. With a lack of manganese disrupt ossification throughout the skeleton, tubular bones thicken and shorten, and deformed joints. Vitamin C helps the absorption of manganese.
Copper is involved in the formation of the structure of connective tissue proteins – collagen and elastin, which are the structural components of bone and cartilage, skin, lungs, the walls of blood vessels. For the same reason, lack of copper leads to demineralization of bone tissue and osteoporosis. Copper has anti-inflammatory properties and is involved in the regulation of several hormones.
Zinc – has antioxidant properties and protects tissues of the musculoskeletal system from the damaging effects of free radicals, is involved in the synthesis of protein and the formation of collagen, is involved in the regulation of blood sugar levels, has beneficial effects on the skin, hair and nails.
Iodine, presented as potassium iodide, normalizes the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, prevents the accumulation of radioactive iodine in the thyroid gland and protects it from the effects of radiation, has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties.
Fluorine – increases bone reproduction by stimulating osteoblasts for more intense osteoid secretion. Fluoride produces large bone mineral crystals that are better able to resist desorption effects. Fluoride in bioavailable form should be added to the calcium-vitamin D3 combination, better osteoid mineralization occurs.
Vitamin D3 ensures normal growth and development of bones, regulates mineral metabolism, improves absorption of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to the deposition of calcium in bone tissue and dentin, i.e. prevents osteomolysis (softening) of bones, prevents osteoporosis and rickets, is necessary for the maturation of cartilage and contributes to normal functioning of parathyroid glands.
Vitamin K1 – along with vitamin D3 promotes the carboxylation of osteocalcin, a protein necessary for normal bone structure.
Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant that stimulates collagen formation in connective tissues. Production of collagen increases sixfold within half an hour after ingestion of food rich in vitamin C. Collagen hydrolysate cannot be absorbed without vitamin C.
Vitamin E has strong antioxidant properties, stabilizes biological membranes of structural cell formations, stimulates the formation of intercellular substance, collagen and elastin fibers of connective tissue, vascular smooth muscle, the digestive tract.
The extracts of dandelion, horsetail and walnut (in dry form) normalize the metabolism of connective tissues, stimulate the formation and renewal of bone tissue, in particular:
– Horsetail extract (silicon) – has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antifungal properties, accelerates the removal of lead from the body. Horsetail is a record-breaker among plants for the content of organic silicon – it helps “build” bones. Silicon compounds contained in large quantities in field horsetail, play an important role in the processes of metabolism and functional activity of connective tissue, mucous membranes, walls of blood vessels; they are especially important for the development of bone tissue;
– Dandelion extract – improves all types of metabolism, has chondroprotective and antispasmodic properties, improves cartilage regeneration, shows pronounced anti-inflammatory properties;
Walnut extract – normalizes metabolism and capillary permeability, has adaptogenic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiparasitic properties, stimulates the pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, thyroid function, helps eliminate toxins from the body. Is a source of iodine, iron and cobalt salts. Compensates for decreased iron levels when taking vitamin D3.

Calcium – presented in the form of calcium lactogluconate, is the main mineral influencing the formation of bone tissue and the mineralization of bone collagen. Calcium formation is supported by osteogenic peptides of collagen hydrolyzate. Together with vitamin C, calcium is involved in the synthesis of collagen fibers in connective tissue. Calcium salts are the main mineral elements of bones, giving them the necessary rigidity.
Magnesium – very important for supporting calcium metabolism, helps calcium and vitamin D3 in building bones, prevents softening of bones, is necessary for maintaining healthy bones and tooth enamel, calms the nervous system, is a vital element found in all tissues of the body, necessary for normal cell function.
Manganese – normalizes bone structures, transfers oxygen from the blood to cells. This is especially important in the nutrition of intervertebral discs and cartilage, which do not have direct blood circulation. Working together with magnesium, manganese significantly affects the metabolism of collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine sulfates and is involved in ossification. It is necessary for the renewal of cells of the musculoskeletal system, the blood coagulation system, and is involved in the formation of thyroxine, the main hormone of the thyroid gland. The richest in manganese are tubular bones and liver. With a lack of manganese, ossification processes throughout the entire skeleton are disrupted, tubular bones thicken and shorten, and joints become deformed. Vitamin C helps in the absorption of manganese.
Copper – takes part in the formation of the structure of connective tissue proteins – collagen and elastin, which are structural components of bone and cartilage tissue, skin, lungs, and blood vessel walls. For the same reason, copper deficiency leads to demineralization of bone tissue and osteoporosis. Copper has anti-inflammatory properties and is involved in the regulation of a number of hormones.
Zinc – has an antioxidant effect and protects the tissues of the musculoskeletal system from the harmful effects of free radicals, is involved in protein synthesis and collagen formation, is involved in the regulation of blood sugar levels, and has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, hair and nails.
Iodine – presented in the form of potassium iodide, normalizes the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, prevents the accumulation of radioactive iodine in the thyroid gland and provides its protection from radiation, has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties.
Fluoride – increases the reproduction of bone tissue by stimulating osteoblasts to more intensely secrete osteoids. Thanks to fluorine, large crystals of bone mineral are formed, which better resist the desorption effect. Fluorine in a bioavailable form must be added to the calcium – vitamin D3 combination; better mineralization of osteoids occurs.
Vitamin D3 – ensures normal growth and development of bones, regulates mineral metabolism, improves the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, promotes the deposition of calcium in bone tissue and dentin, i.e. prevents osteomolation (softening) of bones, prevents the development of osteoporosis and rickets, is necessary for the maturation of cartilage tissue, and promotes the normal functioning of the parathyroid glands.
Vitamin K1 – together with vitamin D3, promotes the carboxylation of osteocalcin, a protein necessary for normal bone structure.
