Bioaron C, syrup, 100 ml

Bioaron C stimulates the immune system due to active natural components contained in the extract of Aloe tree leaves.

The preparation activates both cellular and humoral immunity, increases the number of T and B lymphocytes and antibodies circulating in the systemic bloodstream, thus improving the body’s resistance to bacterial and viral infections.

The juice of chokeberry in high concentrations contains polyphenols and anthocyans, providing antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidant effect. The active ingredients found in the fruits of this plant have a positive effect on the circulatory system. Application of Bioaron C also helps to improve appetite in patients.

Indications

In complex therapy and prevention of relapses in children over 3 years of age suffering from recurrent viral and bacterial infections of the upper respiratory tract, such as:

Chronic pharyngitis;
Tonsillitis;
Rhinitis;
Laryngitis;
Laryngotracheitis;
Sinusitis;
Angina.

Pharmacological effect

Special instructions

Instructions for patients with diabetes. A single dose of the drug (5 ml) contains about 3.93 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.33 XE, which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus.

In case of impaired renal function. A single dose of the drug (5 ml) contains 51 mg of ascorbic acid, which should be taken into account by people prone to the formation of oxalate kidney stones.

When conducting laboratory tests. The drug may distort the results of various laboratory tests (blood glucose, bilirubin, transaminase activity, lactate dehydrogenase)

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery. The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Composition

Active substances in 100 ml of the drug:

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
Acute inflammatory diseases of the digestive system;
Children under 3 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data);
Glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome;
Fructose intolerance;
Sucrase/isomaltase deficiency.

Side Effects

Possible: allergic reactions, diarrhea and nausea.

Interaction

The drug contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

The combined use of the drug with sulfonamides can lead to precipitation of sulfonamide crystals in acidic urine.

The drug may enhance the absorption of iron in the gastrointestinal tract.

The drug may enhance the effect of laxatives.

The drug may increase the rate of elimination of amphetamine and tricyclic antidepressants.

Overdose

To date, cases of overdose have not been described.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºС. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after expiration date.
